The following terms and conditions are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions which can be read HERE. 1. Promotion open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residential Sky digital subscribers, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of British Sky Broadcasting Limited, Haymarket Network, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively "the Companies") may not enter. 2. To take part in the promotion answer the following question: What's Andrew's nickname? Your answer should be emailed with your name, address and contact telephone number to sky.sports@haymarket.com (with "Flintoff competition" in the subject line). Each eligible and correct entry will be automatically entered into the prize draw. All entries must be received no later than noon on 31st July 2009. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your email. Only one entry per person and/or per email and/or phone numbers. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are delayed in the post. Late, damaged, defaced or illegible entries will be disqualified. 3. On 31st July 2009 one winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by post or email or telephone where relevant by 3rd July 2009. 4. The prize winner will receive the following prize: a selection of 2 places at the cricket Academy at Bedford School, Bedford, from 10th-14th August 10 places at Activate Sports Multi-Activity week at Amesbury, Hindhead in Surrey, from 10th - 14th August 5. The prize excludes travel and accommodation. The winner must pay all additional costs not included in the prize. 6. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing, the prizes are non refundable and non transferable. 7. If the winner is not able (or available), for whatever reason, to accept a prize or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control 9. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as permitted by the law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control and for any third party supplier. 10. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entry) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. 11. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion. 12. With regards to data protection, in addition to the use specified above, the Promoter will use each winner's, and each entrant's, personal details for the purpose of administering this promotion. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoter, Sky and Sky's business partners may use the details you give us to contact you about our products and services. 13. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable. 14. The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. 15. The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation. With regards to data protection, the promoter will only use the winner's personal details for the purpose of administering this competition and will not provide them to any other organisation without the winner's permission. 16. Details of the prize winner's name and county will be available for one month after the draw by sending a self addressed envelope to Sky Sports magazine at the Promoter's address below. 17. All competition entrants subject to confirmation will be entered into Sky Sports Magazine reader panel. 18. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified. 19. The name, county and photograph of the winner may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. 21.
